If you are having problem with your product, you may contact us with your transaction ID, the date of purchase and what your problem is about.

We'll be happy to assist you and hopefully things get sorted out quickly. In case further assessment is required, you'll be given a RMA # (return merchandise authorization number) to return the product or parts to our RMA centre for a check up.

When we receive the RMA item, we'll then be able to determine the problem and advise you the things involved in fixing it.
